Agreed weekly mileage for long travels (I do not claim daily commute costs from local accommodation)

Flights up to 4h in total length recharged as Economy Class / Flights above 4h total length recharged as Business Class

Airport transfers and car hire (when required) recharged for mid-size cars with AC (as per AVIS group D prices)

Itemized VAT invoices payable via bank transfer into UK bank account in £. (Overseas contracts are possible)

Hotel Internet charges are rechargeable if applicable

Where the contract requires over weekend stays accommodation and subsistence costs are recharged.

For contracts outside of EU where applicable periodical "return home plane tickets" are recharged on the agreed frequency.
